Digital passport

Proposal

Product Pass

A shared tchotchke + passport for the product roadshow: one token for every employee, seven station stamps, and a simple digital layer that unlocks the right content at each booth.

  • · Encourages visiting every station (stamp → special swag)
  • · Pocketable, useful after the event
  • · Works with ink stamps alone if wifi fails

The look

Concept direction only — final art would use Impiricus brand assets. Cool ink navy, signal teal, coral stamp ink.

The kit

Product Pass token

Ø32–36mm coin or 3D-printed token with an NFC chip + printed QR on the reverse. Branded for Product / F2F, not a single product line. Encodes a unique pass URL.

Product Passport

Slim pocket booklet with a stamp box for each station. Staff ink stamps at the booth. Completing all seven unlocks special swag at a redeem desk.

Seven stations

From #oct_f2f_product_roadshow — Ascend is one stamp on the route, not the name of the kit.

How it works

One token can unlock different content at every booth because the chip only stores who (pass ID). The booth supplies where.

  1. Step 1

    Arrive with a Pass

Each person gets a Product Pass + passport. NFC/QR opens their personal digital passport page.

  2. Step 2

    Visit a station

Talk with the team, try the hands-on demo, get an ink stamp. Optionally tap/scan to unlock that station’s digital content.

  3. Step 3

    Finish the route

Seven stamps → redeem special swag. After F2F, the same token still opens a product field guide.

What we’d need

NFC here mostly means “open a URL.” One small website — not seven apps.

At each booth

  • Programmed CR80 NFC card pointing at that station’s passport URL
  • 3D-printed stand that embeds the card (slide-in or pause-seal) — see the stands pack
  • Booth asset (demo video, page, info sheet) that gets added to the guest’s digital passport on scan
  • Optional: ink stamp + QR tent as fallback

Digitally (one site)

  • /p/{id} — guest passport (what the token opens)
  • /booth/{station} — booth check-in + stamp
  • Unlock pages per station (deck, Loom, SMS demo, Slack link)
  • /done — route complete / redeem swag
  • /guide — post-event field guide (same token)

Backend is light: pass IDs + which of seven stations stamped. Content can start as links. No native apps, no SSO required for v1.
